MindstormSoft provides digital services including SaaS products, automation tools, software solutions, and IT services. Since our services are digital and subscription-based, they are considered delivered once access is granted or the service is activated.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


SECTION 1 – GENERAL REFUND POLICY
  • All digital services and subscriptions are considered delivered once activated.

  • Payments are non-refundable after activation.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Partial usage

    • Unused subscription time

    • Change of mind

    • Lack of usage

    • Failure to cancel before renewal


SECTION 2 – ELIGIBLE REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Payment processed but service not activated due to a verified technical issue from our side

  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

After 7 days, no refund requests will be entertained.


SECTION 3 – REFUND PROCESS

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via Razorpay

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Transaction fees, gateway charges, and processing fees (if any) are non-refundable

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


SECTION 4 – NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom development services

  • Domain registration fees

  • Hosting services already activated

  • Setup or onboarding charges

  • Consultation fees

  • Discounted or promotional plans


SECTION 5 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider (processing times vary).
